The territory of the Pertiche, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, represents the territorial hinge between Vallesabbia and Valtrompia. The landscape, mainly mountainous and agricultural, is the ideal destination for those who want to spend a few days in contact with nature exploring new trails on foot, by bike or on horseback.
From the historical-cultural and artistic point of view, the village offers typical villages characterized by elegant black stone portals, votive frescoes, noble systems, fountains and religious buildings. Among these we remember in Pertica Alta the sanctuary of Barbaine, the parish church of Livemmo, Casa Piccini (seventeenth-century structure ) while in Pertica Bassa you can find majestic churches characterized by the art of Boscaì and Bonomi but especially the Museum of Resistance and Folclore (in Pertica Bassa), the “Arca del penser” completely immersed in a natural scenery with firs, rocks and lots of greenery…
