In the village, his grandfather Giovanni was nicknamed Roc.
When, in 1978, his son Giuseppe bought the inn of via ponti, he decided to call it as everyone, in Bione, had baptized his family. The Rock pizza restaurant was born.
Giuseppe, together with his wife Silvia, carries on the business and with the passing of the years the Rock becomes a point of reference and more.
The new generation carries on with love and passion the values of local cuisine and goodness, adding a touch of creativity and modernity that makes the Rock experience unique.
The initial recipe is simple: good cooking, management and family passion and excellent pizzas with quality ingredients that win over small and big customers.
With the expansion of the rooms – three rooms, a tavern, a large summer exterior – and a more sophisticated new look, also suitable for dinners and special events, the Rock is the ideal restaurant to spend an evening in company, with family or in couples, and to enjoy its creative cuisine and its gourmet pizzas.
Patrick’s special pizzas are born from the synergy between kitchen and pizzeria and are made with 100% Italian grain Petra flours, a mixture of ground stone-ground wheat flour, a digestible and tasty base, for numerous and fanciful fillings.
A healthy food, rich in mineral salts, dietary fibers and bran that contributes to the well-being of the person.
The kitchen and pizzas can be accompanied by a selection of wines and beers that will be recommended in relation to the chosen menu.
