The archaeological area of Corna Nibbia, located in the Municipality of Bione, is a significant part of the Prehistory of the Valle Sabbia, together with the sites of Riparo Cavallino and Persi to Monte Covolo and the Rocca di Manerba.
The excavations, curated by the Archaeological Museum of Valle Sabbia in Gavardo and agreed with the Superintendency, allowed us to investigate, between the years 2000 and 2010, an area dating from the Copper Age to the Bronze Age, first destined for funeral purposes but then converted into a housing space.
Unfortunately, currently the archaeological area cannot be visited
