Bagolino
The collection is the fruit of a series of donations and allows us to deepen our knowledge of the historic, cultural and social roots of the village of Bagolino in their originality and authenticity. The main aim is to create awareness of the conservation of the origins and history in the village. Within various instruments, such as machines for working, living and housing typologies, costumes and social life in the community, a world different to the one we know today is reconstructed. This entire collection has been possible due to the geographic isolation, which lasted for a good part of the past century.

Furnace of Livemmo
Pertica Alta
The furnace was discovered in 2004, as a consequence of an archeological campaign that involved researchers of the Universities of Verona and Padua. It is located in the area of Granolze and is reachable by following the ancient mule track which leads from Livemmo to the hydroelectric plant. The installation stopped the production in 1848. The depots of minerals and charcoal are still visible. They are characterised by numerous stone arcades. In particular, the ruins of the “canicchio” are notable. In fact, the “canicchio” was the blast furnace which represented a technological pride for the mining, iron and steelworkers of the community for the three centuries of the Modern Age.
A second campaign of archeological excavations to recover other finds has already been planned.

It is perfectly preserved and is situated in the historic centre of Odolo. In the interior there are two mallets equipped with hydraulic wheels, depots and many other machines are part of the kit. “Don Pietro Boifava” Museum
Serle
The museum is set in the native house of Don Pietro Boifava, who was a prominent personality in the Risorgimento of Brescia. It is a rural construction of the 17th century, developed in three floors and recently restored. Today the rooms are still devoid with the exception of some corners where furniture, tools and instruments linked to the country life have been placed. These elements would have been adequate for the daily life of Don Pietro Boifava. In this context evidence, finds and relics will be inserted in order to document, not only the political activity of the fighting patriot in relation with the Ten Days of Brescia, but also his life of rebel priest and troublesome mayor.
The opening date of the museum is not yet determined
